FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: self-excited crystal oscillator has amplifier stage whose input is connected to inductance coil connected to first combined capacitor leads, varicap, and temperature-dependent voltage divider whose two other leads are connected to power bus and common bus. Second lead of varicap is connected to combined leads of first resistor and crystal cavity whose other leads are connected to common bus. Capacitor second lead is connected to unlike-polarity leads of two diodes; other lead of one of them is connected to common bus. Voltage divider built up of two resistors is inserted between power bus and common bus. Voltage divider tap is connected to other lead of second diode. Power supply is connected in parallel to amplifier stage. EFFECT: improved stability of electric oscillations. 3 dwg
