FIELD: electronics, superhigh- frequency radio transmitters. SUBSTANCE: oscillator includes transistor, matching circuit in collector of transistor, capacitor of resonant circuit in circuit of emitter of transistor placed between emitter and grounded plane, low-frequency supply filters, p- i-n diode and resistive divider placed between power supply source and grounded plane. Low arm of resistive divider includes temperature-sensitive resistor with negative temperature coefficient of resistance and upper arm of it has temperature- sensitive resistor with positive temperature coefficient of resistance. P-i-n diode is connected with negative electrode to grounded plane and with positive electrode to second lead-out of capacitor of resonant circuit of oscillator and through supply filter to lower arm of resistive divider.
