Transceiver provides for break stability of cycle synchronism both inherent and subscribers' of digital channels thanks to retaining clock frequencies and to use of method of controlled delays for digital equalization of speeds in memorizing units of transceiver which enables irreversible slips of signal errors of control over equalization to be avoided.
