FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has unit for reading information, reference signal source unit and input stage unit; two last units are connected to bioinformation reading unit by means of buses. The second output of commutation unit is connected with output of output stage. The third outputs of commutation unit are connected with data outputs of memory unit. Device control unit has digit sampling unit connected with the first controlled input of commutation unit, address sampling unit connected with the first controlled input of memory unit, and command former (recording, reading-erasing). The first to the third outputs of command former are connected with the second controlled input of commutation unit and with the second and the third controlled inputs of memory unit correspondingly. Each memory cell of memory unit has no less than n digits, where n is degree of dilution of the preparation. EFFECT: improved reliability; improved efficiency. 4 cl, 4 dwg
