FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: mixer has housing 1 with collectors 2 and 3 for the mixture components and disks 8-10 hermetically mounted in the housing, tightly connected one with another and having holes 11 and 14 and grooves 12, 13, 15 and 16 forming during the disk connection intake conduits, swirling trenches and chambers for twisting the centrifugal sprayers, the chambers being made smoothly expanding on the move of the flow. The angle of opening the chambers for twisting is made smoothly decreasing to the outgoing part. Ring-shaped turnings are made between tangential channels 12 and 15 and the chambers for twisting. The turnings have the width not exceeding that of tangential channels 12 and 15. The area of the flow section of the turnings from the tangential channels to the chambers for twisting is made smoothly decreasing. EFFECT: enhanced completeness of the chemical reaction in the mixer during its pulsed operation and lowered price of the batch production. 1 cl, 6 dwg
