SUBSTANCE: setter has a driving gear of the mandrel displacement in the form of a mounted in the housing rod carrying the mandrel, the case prop, the case tripping device, the roller props with mutually connected tractions, turning levers and supporting rollers for the rod and the mandrel. Each of the mentioned levers carrying the rollers supporting the rod and disposed on one side of the housing is connected with the turning lever located in much the same way on the other side of the housing and carrying the roller supporting the mandrel. The distance between the centers of the mentioned rollers is chosen according to the regulated dependence. EFFECT: cases of great length can be rolled on the mandrel rod with an effective part having a large length. 5 dwg
