FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: device comprises turntable 3 with pressing chambers 4 and pistons disposed therein. Chambers are installed in table opening with a provision for vertical relative movement and rest on the support surface of table recesses 13 by the flanges 12 of housing and chamber 4. Installed on base under the chambers is hydraulic pressing cylinder 5 and hydraulic ejecting cylinder 6. Secured on stationary crosspiece 17 above the chambers are counterstamp 1 entering the chamber cavity during pressing, and stops 29 which limit the chamber travel while the pressed material is ejected therefrom. Rod of hydraulic cylinder 5 carries plate 22 interacting in operation with lower end face of chamber. Upper surface of plate 22 is provided with a recess 23 to receive the expressed liquid. Said recess communicates through channel 24 in the plate and through flexible hose 25 with the liquid-collecting container 25. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
