FIELD: oil and fat industry; presses.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fat-and-oil industry, in particular, to equipment for production of vegetable oil by pressing. Hydraulic press contains a bed in the lower part of which a hydraulic cylinder with a rod is installed, and a tray with a hole for the rod. Barrel in the form of a pipe with slots for oil draining on the inner surface is installed in the tray. Detachable thrust plate is arranged above barrel to move vertically and horizontally. Bed is made with a plate located above the thrust plate. Said plate has a hole for loading seeds before squeezing oil and unloading compressed seeds at the end of the squeezing process. Hole is aligned with barrel top part.
