Stator 7 of electric generator is rigidly connected with housing 4 and rotor 9 is connected with envelope 1. Nacelle 5 is rigidly connected with housing 4 of electric generator and is provided with double stabilizer 6. Axis of rotation of envelope 1 is located vertically.
