SUBSTANCE: proposed aircraft comprises circular hollow airframe with central opening, elastic tight section, ballonet with controlled valve, engines with vertical- and horizontal-thrust propellers. Aforesaid section is filled with supporting gas. Ballonnet serves to vary section volume and aerostatic force. Disk-like airframe has rigid load bearing carcass. Proposed method uses above described aircraft.
