SUBSTANCE: system has Earth sensor, Pole Star sensor, navigational star sensor, timing device, storage for read-out base parameters, computer and actuators; computer is made for determination of angular mismatch between construction line of space vehicle and axes of external system of coordinates, shaping the control signals for preset position of construction lines, as well as for determination of latitude and longitude of space vehicle and shaping the control signals for matching the common plane of sensitivity o Earth n and Pole Star sensors containing the longitudinal axis of space vehicle with the plane containing center of Earth, space vehicle and Pole Star.
