FIELD: metering facilities. SUBSTANCE: feeder has vertical reservoir 1 with two-tier rotor 2 arranged in bottom. Bottom is made up of two disks 3 and 4 with sector cutouts. Disks are arranged one over the other, and cutouts in disks are displaced relative to each other by one step. Blades 7 of rotor lower tier are arranged between disks 3 and 4 and their number is twice the number of sector cutouts on lower disk. Rotor 2 has hollow shaft 8 with inlet head in form of turned over truncated cone arranged directly under lower disk. Material is directed by blades 6 to cutouts 5 of upper disk 3 and is placed on plane of lower disk 4 between two adjacent blades 7. The latter, rotating, throw portion of material through cutouts in this disk into inlet head 10 of hollow shaft 8. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 cl, 3 dwg
