FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method for extraction of noble metals from pyrite cinders consists in sorption of gold and silver from pyrite cinder pulp. Pyrite cinder is treated with acid, and then, liquid phase is separated, copper and zinc are extracted, solid phase is completely ground in the presence of lime. Aeration is carried out at high temperature and pressure, and product is cyanided in the presence of sorbent. EFFECT: increased extraction of noble metals by 20-30%, produced from each cinder ton is more than 2 g of gold, about 30 g of silver, 2-3 kg of copper, 6-8 kg of zinc, production washing wastes are cleaned from arsenic, and dumps become ecologically clean. 2 cl, 1 tbl
