SUPPORTING FRAME FOR WORKING EQUIPMENT OF FRONT-END LOADER BASED ON WHEEL TRACTOR Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: loading and earth-moving operations. SUBSTANCE: supporting frame has longitudinal and lateral beams and posts for mounting loader working equipment. Each fastening unit of longitudinal beam front ends to tractor is made of supporting sheets welded to beam flanges with overlapping and vertical fastening sheet. The latter is welded to inner edges of supporting sheets and has holes for fastening members for connection with side rail of tractor semigirder. Each post is made of vertical sheet side members and front and rear ribs lateral to them. Post side members has protruding ears for axle of boom hydraulic cylinder. Upper ends of side members have holes for axle of boom base. Post ribs are welded to upper supporting sheet of joint. Inner side member rests on upper flange of longitudinal beam through upper supporting sheet of joint and welded to this sheet and through inclined rib to fastening sheet. Post outer side member has part protruding below beam upper flange. This lower part is welded with the help of additional ribs to outer side of side member of longitudinal beam.
