SUBSTANCE: device comprises servomotor 1 having cut-off slide valve 2, pressure gauges 5,6 having face chambers 49,50, and pressure regulator 4 connected to pulse line 83. The device is also provided with distributor 7 having slide valve 64 which is spring- loaded by spring 65 and has ring collar 66 ground to collar 68 made in housing 67. Face chambers 69,70 are connected with chambers 49,50 through passages 87,88. Oil pressure in chambers 49,50 and springs 47,48 balance steam pressure force in chambers 43,44 of bellows 41,42. When valves 8,9 are open and valves 10,11 of pressure gauges 5,6 are closed, oil pressure in chambers 49,50 is proportional to steam pressure in pipeline 78. Steam pressure is supplied to chamber 36 of pressure regulator 4 from chamber 49 through ports 75,74 and passage 90. When bellows 41 is damaged, oil pressure in chamber 70 decreases and oil pressure in chamber 69 lifts slide valve 64 off collar 68. Oil pressure occurs in ring chamber 71 and astatic force arises which presses spring 65 and moves slide valve 64 to the second stop in housing 67. Port 74 is closed, and port 73 is open. The pressure regulator is connected to chamber 50 of pressure gauge 6 through port 73. The damaged pressure gauge shall be cut-off from steam by closing valve 8.
