FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: valve cover positioned inside the injection mould is covered with a protective material made of elastomer. The core of the cover has at least one groove, wherein the spacer is received, and is positioned at the lever of guide surfaces which is in contact with the housing of the valve. The friction spacer is provided with deformed pins. Each groove has a conical projection mounted perpendicularly to the base of the groove and interacting at least with one opening made in the friction spacer. The opening is in sizes less than the projection. The base of each groove is in contact with the pins made on the spacer perpendicularly to its inner surface facing the core. The total height of the spacer exceeds the distance between the base of the groove and internal surface of the injection mould for casting elastomer. The spacers have passages for discharging air.
