FIELD: analysis of materials. SUBSTANCE: device has open microwave resonator and meter of its resonating frequency. Inductance coil which is mounted on first mirror of resonator and inductance meter with two differential amplifiers which are connected in parallel to inductance coil are introduced to accomplish the goal of invention. In addition device has reference voltage source. Part of second mirror of open microwave resonator is made from ferromagnetic materials in order to increase precision to greater degree. EFFECT: increased precision of testing which is effected by varieties in temperature and mechanical vibrations of resonator. 2 cl, 2 dwg
