FIELD: electrical and communication engineering. SUBSTANCE: bunched conductors for connecting circuit units 5 to power buses 18 and to terminal blocks 15 are located in most cases and secured inside vibration-isolated frame wherein terminal blocks 15 are fixed in bottom part under row of units 5, on underside of cross members 17 joining posts 1 of internal frame. Power buses are mounted on external frame surrounding internal frame, in upper part above horizontal row of plug-in units. Bunched conductor has loop on section where it is attached to power buses and to upper external cross member 20 of mentioned frame so as to prevent transfer of external effects onto internal frame and to damp vibrations of bunched conductor.
