FIELD: agricultural machine building. SUBSTANCE: this device has hydromotor 38 mounted on one disc shaft of seeding mechanism 18. Input of hydromotor is connected to output of throttle-regulator 35 via slide valve 37. Throttle-regulator is mechanically connected to electric motor 34 which is connected to external output of second microprocessor control unit input-output data port 32. Analog pulse shaper 3 incorporates three inductively interconnected coils. First inductance coil is connected in parallel to tuber distribution transducer 1 plates. Second inductance coil is cut into high-frequency generator circuit, third inductance coil output is connected to frame and second output is connected to input of operational amplifier via detection diode. Output of operational amplifier is connected to analog-digit transducer 5 and to controlled input of first microprocessor control unit input-output data port 4 via rectangular pulse shaper 4.
