FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: seed flow rate sensor mounted under the machine's air-operated sowing unit is a combination of two isolated plates that are parts of a high-frequency generator circuit. The latter is connected to a microcomputer-based control unit. By means of its information input-output port and power amplifier the microcomputer is connected with the sowing machine's actuating mechanism that is linked with the vacuum controller. A crown disk is secured on the sowing unit shaft. The number of slots in the disk is equal to that of holed in the sowing unit disk. The disk's rotational speed is recorded by a sensor connected to one of the external inputs of the machine's programmable timer. EFFECT: higher sowing quality. 13 dwg
