FIELD: building materials industry. SUBSTANCE: flow line has melting unit 1, fiber former, for example, ejection-acoustic head 2 connected through cylindrical pipe connection 3, used to feed fiber-air mixture, to fiber precipitation chamber 4, installed under which is mixer 5 connected through pulp feed-line 6 to pulp basin 7, installed above which is moulding conveyer 8 made as a drum-type vacuum filter, to filtrate collecting vessel 9 coated with a filter net, and heat treatment chamber. Installed in chamber 4 above inlet window 11 of pipe connection 3 is mass-transfer lattice 12, space 13 above which is connected through recirculating pump 14 and piping 15 to filtrate collecting vessel 9, and through launder 16 - to pulp feed-line 6. Piping 15 and launder 16 are positioned diametrically opposite to each other. Fiber precipitation chamber 4 is connected to the vacuum-suction system through pipe connections 17. Basin 7 is provided with damping partition 18, agitators 19 and pocket 20 for collection of shots with stopper 21. The system of preliminary drying of moulded board is mounted above conveyer drum 8. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 2 dwg
