FIELD: production of constructional material. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has unit for transmitting rotation from drive, rotor with mold, blade rotor, punch holder with suspension punch, driving wheel, slide and device for converting rotation of driving wheels into reciprocating motion of slide, with all parts of apparatus being kinematically connected one with the other. Charging of material and molding of constructional products are provided by vertical inclined blades spring-loaded for contact with rotor and mold and due to advance multiple of blade rotor rotational speed as compared to that of rotor with mold, as well as due to punch holder mounted on rotor driving shaft for movement relative to it and pivot connection with slide. Synchronism of variation of punch position relative to mold is provided by equal rotational speed of rotor with mold and converter driving wheel. Rectilinear and uniform stroke of punch is provided by converter, which causes divisional diameter of gear mounted on carrier to be equal to half the pitch diameter of tooth gear, and by arrangement of slide bridle on gear, with bridle axis intersecting tooth gear and gear pitch circle conjugation points.
