FIELD: textile mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: roller card has feeding rollers, a receiving roller, the main drum with scratching rollers and strippers located around it, a removable drum, a knocking-off comb, a form roller and a rolling pin. The working bodies mounted on the skeleton are kinematically connected and brought into rotation from the electric drive through the main drum. The disposition of the removable drum over the main one in the range of 15 on the move and 15 against the move of the main drum relative to the vertical plane passing through its axle and the disposition of the removable drum over the main one in the range of not more than 100 relative to the plate passing through the axles of the receiving roller and the main drum allow to locate the supply unit and the release unit in one zone and ensure the possibility of servicing one roller card by one worker. The disposition of the form roller between the removable drum and the receiving roller at the distance from the main drum not exceeding 1.5 of the sums of their radius and at the distance from the removable drum equal to 1.4 - 2 of the sums of their radius improves the conditions of the flow movement of the hackled fiber. EFFECT: reduced dimensions of the roller card, increased size of the packing and expanded servicing zone of the feeding chute. 3 dwg
