FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: within this method the moving textile material of cellulose fibers is impregnated with a solution containing the precondensate of the thermoreactive resin and a catalyzer. The drying is exercised up to the residual humidity of 5 - 6%. The thermal treatment during the cyclic alternate influence of the infra-red emission and hot air is fulfilled so that the hot air treatment is carried out when the material crosses the constant magnetic field changing the direction of the vector of the magnetic induction for the opposite one with the rate of changing the poles equal to 0.3 - 3 Hz at the absolute value of 300 - 400 mT with the preliminary influence of the magnetic field before the influence of the infra-red emission in the thermal treatment cycles and with the temperature changes of the material in the cycle equal to ± 5-10. In this case depending on the orecondensate type the material temperature during the thermal treatment is kept in the range of 130 - 160 C. The tension of the dried material in the direction of the base is kept in the range of 7 -12 newtons per meter. The magnetic field influence can be followed by sucking off the air from the textile material. EFFECT: enhanced quality of the material. 3 cl, 1 dwg
