FIELD: building structures. SUBSTANCE: construction has equal-side triangle buttress frames, made of sleeper cross section bars, and facing plates. The above mentioned frames are laid by discrete fashion into slots, had been provided in a base of a slope of a bank of an earth sole, an embankment, a hillside in its creep resistant portion in such a way, that a front bar is laid on the slope by an angle 34°≥ α ≥ 26°, and α, equal to 26 degrees, corresponds to laying of the slope 1:2; a, equal to 30 degrees, corresponds to laying of the slope 1:1.5, and a, equal to 34 degrees, corresponds to laying of the slope 1:1.5, being standard slopes of railway road earth soles. An apex, formed by the front bar and by a foundation bar, coincides with the base of the slope, the embankment, the hillside and with a sliding curve of a mass, subject to creep. The bars are laid between the frames along a width of mass, subject to creep. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of construction. 1 cl, 2 dwg
