FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: retaining wall of higher stability comprises ribs 1 of blocks 2, with end faces 3 on the side being opposite to plates 4 are of broken shape formed by either steps 5 reducing wall cross section from bottom to top and combined with planes 6 located in resting points of blocks 2, or surface being equidistant to ends 3 of ribs 1 on the side of plate 4. In the case of ends 3 of ribs 1 with steps 5 the wall faces soil 9 with ends 8 joint to plates 4, and opposite ends 3 of the wall face soil 9 with surface being equidistant to ends 8. Besides, blocks 2 are U- or E-shaped in the plane with side faces being facing one another, and are directed to plates 4 at convergent angle. In the case of blocks 2 with surface being equidistant to ends 8, cross section of ribs 1 is increased additionally from top to bottom from block 2 to lower block 2. Besides, cross section of foundation 11 is increasing in the plane towards filling 9. The ends are made in the form of triangular wedge 14 located on side of filling 9 for option of ribs 1 with steps 5, or on side opposite to filling 9, or on both sides when ends 8 are equidistant. Besides, lower face 15 of wedge 14 facing soil 9, or end 15 combined with foot of foundation 11 and directed towards soil 9 is located at an angle about vertical plane. The angle is equal to angle of dangerous slope of rupture plane. Lengthwise and crosswise bevels 18 are formed in foundation 11 on recess 16. The bevels are located between end 15 facing soil 9 and plate 4 face directed towards opposite end of foundation 11. Plates 4 have though openings 19. Joint of blocks 2 is formed by insertion pieces 20 located on side of filling 9, or by getting the joint monolithic. EFFECT: technologically effective structure. 7 dwg
