FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: working fluid is fed selectively to bladings 7 and 8, having oppositely oriented blades, from inlet branch pipe 2 resulting in reversible rotation of rotor 6. The selective feeding is performed with slide valve 9 which overlaps working passages 4 and 5 selectively depending on which of bladings 7 and 8 is in operation. The working fluid is fed to the blades of bladings 7 and 8 through respective inlet openings 10 and 11. Hollow 12 made in slide valve 9 is used for selective overlapping passages 4 and 5. The slide valve can be cylindrical and serves as a piston in spaces 13 and 14 used for actuating linear movement of slide valve 9. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 5 dwg
