FIELD: pipe line engineering. SUBSTANCE: valving members are mounted between the first and second sealing means, and the device comes out of the contact with again closing means resulting in closing the device due to the flexibility of the means and/or pressure of fluid inside the pipe line. Leakages are prevented. The expanding body is removed at conserving the sealing with respect to the ambient. The opening of the passage which face outwards has the same sises as the passage. The means can close again when the body has been removed. The outer sizes and the opening of the forming and bearing devices are chosen to provide tight interaction with the second sealing means.
