FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: installation of flexible bush cured at operation site is performed by inverting bush with air and by curing bush with steam supplied through perforated, flatly laid hose, also without blowing off bush between inverting and curing. Installing is performed by means of the facility equipped with two independently operating collars with at least one inlet opening for fluid medium located on line beneath bush motion from the second collar. When the inverted bush reaches a remote end of a pipeline it enters into a profile gauge and pipe for making an opening. To make an opening the bush is punctured with a rigid tool. Further, steam is supplied into the flatly laid hose to cure resin; steam is exhausted via the hose connected to a controlled exhaust tube. Upon cure steam is replaced with air for bush cooling; and ends of bush are cut off.
EFFECT: facilitating cure with steam eliminating blowing off bush after installation; reduced consumption of water used in process.
