FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: blasting head comprises body with energy carrier inlet pipe, flanged sleeve, cover with central melt-delivery hole having nozzle pipe, circular nozzle formed by sleeve and nozzle pipe, pre-nozzle and sub-nozzle chambers interconnected by circular nozzle and tangential channels in the sleeve flange, and acoustic oscillator. The sleeve has at least one niche in the wall at the side of sub-nozzle chamber in the form of sharply flaring-out circular step whose arch has direct-jet nozzles whose axes are set at 0-45 deg to head axis. Relation of clear passage through circular nozzle to that of direct-jet nozzles is 0.3-1.6, while relation of circular nozzle diameter to the length of sleeve of sub-nozzle chamber is 0.25 to 2.0 and the relation of the niche diameter to that of sleeve outlet hole in the sub-nozzle chamber is 1.0 - 1.56. The sleeve is of split design. The pre-nozzle chamber is provided with a cylindrical perforated partition arranged coaxially with the head axis. Head body has a blow device in the form of a hole in its wall closed with screw-in plug. EFFECT: improved design. 4 cl, 2 dwg
