FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: synchronizing unit for mutual rotation of rotor and locks of the rotor is constructed as gear teeth which interact with each other. The teeth are positioned on the surfaces of the rotor and lock inside the working space of the hydraulic machine. The spaces of the rotor are provided with inner teeth. The inner teeth of the blades engage the rotor teeth for permitting radial movement. The collector is detachable and consists of the main part, lining, and spacers. There is a longitudinal socket in the collector. The lock is received in the socket. The rotor is arranged in the split between the parts of the collector which are mounted to permit movement in the axial direction for face sealing of the rotor blades.
