Closers have external toothed rim engaging with housing teeth, and working medium channels. Teeth of housing and closers are arranged in working space. Rods are installed in rotor and closers. Ports are made in middle portion of closers. Length of ports is equal to length of vanes, and width exceeds width of vanes. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 dwg
