FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: method is based upon multiple measurements of each m input values where data converters are used, as well as determination of average values. Values being connected together stochastically are used as m input values, for example intensity of radiation at peak point and at wings of spectrum. M-channel amplitude analyzer is used as data converter. Average values are determined by simultaneous integration during specific period of time. Conversion coefficient of amplitude a analyzer is changed according to relation of two average values for standard sample till reaching specific value of relation determined a priori. After that average values of m input values are measured for sample with unknown value of parameter checked. Value of parameter is determined from these values. EFFECT: improved precision of measurement; increased speed of measurements. 2 dwg
