SUBSTANCE: insulating varnish includes polyester resin N,N′-di-β, γ-dihydroxipropyl-5.5-dimethylgidantion, polybutyltitanate and organic solvent making it possible to produce emulsion with mechanical strength of 220-240 double strokes of needle, index of thermal shock 1.0 and forcing temperature 300 C. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of wires through improvement of mechanical and thermal characteristics of enamel insulation. 2 tbl
