FIELD: electroacoustics. SUBSTANCE: loudspeaker has box with face, upper lower, rear and side walls which house horn with output rectangular hole and electroacoustic converter conjugate to neck of horn. Face wall of box has phase-inversive holes arranged in symmetry relative to output rectangular hole of horn. Panel with holes fitted tight to upper, lower and side walls carrying electroacoustic converters is put into internal space of box. In this case ratio of volume of space confined between panel and rear wall of box to sum of equal volumes of spaces confined between walls of horn, and side walls of box amounts to 0.2-2.0.
