FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a housing, sources of the impurity steam, a dilution regulator and a starter. The sources of the steam of impurities are disposed in exchangeable cartridges inserted hermetically into the cradles made outside the housing and constructionally connecting the dilution regulator with the starter. The set of exchangeable cartridges can contain impurities with different physical and chemical properties and with different certified values of the equiponderant concentration from 10^-4 to 10^-11 of the volume fraction. The dilution regulator additionally dilutes the impurity in the range of three orders, with the dilution coefficient being read off to the device scale.
