FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: aerosols are precipitated, and sediment is heated. Nucleus concentration in flow is measured by temperature dependence from nucleus concentration, as compared with samples of known composition. Device for embodiment of the method has precipitator made as a tube with alternating contractions of section. Concentration meter is represented by photometer with seat for precipitator tube and mixers with sources of fumes of substances-enlargers.
