The latter is made as a hollow cylinder with a bottom. A milling chamber with the outlet channel of the suspension of matter in gas is set on the branch pipe for the tangential feeding of the power carrier and mounted coaxially with a gap inside the cylinder. The outlet channel is made as part of a circumference. The ratio of the cross-sections of the cover central hole and the outlet channel makes up 1:(2.5-50.0).
