FIELD: cleaning and separating seeds into size fractions. SUBSTANCE: separator has screens 4,5 provided with calibrating orifices the screens being mounted rotatably relative an inclined shaft and concentric on each other. Each complementary screen 6,7 is rigidly fixed to the corresponding screen 4,5 on the side facing shaft 2 the clearance allowed between screens 6,7 and 4,5 being at most equal in the thickness of the seeds under treatment. The orifices of screens 6,7 are superior to those of screens 4,5 in size and disposed in line with them. The discharge unit supports longitudinal vanes 8 clamped on to the shaft so as to form a spider. EFFECT: more accurate separation, higher capacity. 3 dwg
