SUBSTANCE: polygon area to be prepared for mining is drilled with holes in which explosive charges and heat-forming reagent with pronounced dispersing effect, e.g., metal chlorides fusion cake, are placed. Water accumulation sump is constructed on the polygon area lower section and hydraulic needles are arranged on flanks through which water is supplied to blasted mass for thawing the rocks.
