FIELD: testing. SUBSTANCE: for integral evaluation of quality and reliability of tested element there are used additional dynamic parameter and criteria presenting product of element weight into squared value of fundamental (resonance) frequency of its flexural vibrations which is determined in tested element and compared with similar criteria of standard element of same brand with the aid of proposed device which includes two instrumentation vibration converters 5, two low-pass filters 6, two norm self-setting amplifiers 7, 8 of electrical signals, two-position analogous switch 4, analog-to-digital converter 3, microcontroller 1 with input unit 10 and information display 9.
