FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: test actions and standard reactions are formed depending on current configuration of object under test. Testing of objects having delay elements and set elements is carried during two stages. At the first stage true times of operation are determined according to special program, as well as time of return of time-dependent circuits. Then complete testing of object is carried out taking its configuration and true exposures of time element into account. EFFECT: improved precision. 2 dwg
