SUBSTANCE: device has movable pusher 6, placed in the cavity of cylindric serrated end milling cutter 1, having end face plug 3, having a channel for pusher 6 to travel and stem 5 coupled with plug 3. Teeth of milling cutter 1 are arranged in six groups on its surface, each group having 3 teeth and being separated from a neighboring group with a free space being two tooth bases large. Each tooth height is equal to its base length with each tooth frontal edge being set at 90 degrees. Pusher 6 has three rods 7 and is mounted on stem 5 and placed into the channel having 3 holes equally spaced along a circle, making 120 degrees to each other.
