FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves setting dislocated forearm bones in open mode, performing ulnar osteotomy in the region of ulnar process in anteroposterior direction and shifting the distal bone end forward by 1.0-1.5 cm creating in this way a kind of barrier in the anterior region of the ulnar joint preventing from backward dislocation of the ulna to take place. The achieved ulna position is to be fixed with metal members. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness.
