FIELD: excavation machines. SUBSTANCE: tool has two powerful jaws with adjusting parts and hydraulic cylinders which are pivotally connected to the jaws. The frame of the tool is secured to the boom of the mechanical device. The jaws are mounted on the frame through a detachable axle for permitting their respective arrested rotation about one geometrical axis and rotation with respect to the frame. To keep the jaws in closed position independently of the detachable axle and frame, a connecting part is used. The part is mounted for rotation concentrically to the detachable axle. The axle is received in the opening made in the frame to permit its removing. Each of the jaws and pivot connections of hydraulic cylinders is mounted for permitting movement over the working arcs when jaws are open and closed. The hydraulic cylinders are mounted so that to direct efforts through the pivot connections along the tangent to the arcs at the instant when the pivot connections are in the middle between the ends of the working arcs.
