FIELD: bearing industry. SUBSTANCE: spindle 4 has gear 5 which engages gear sector 6 kinematically coupled with driving shaft 10 of the rocking drive through axle, connecting rod 8, and eccentric 9. Eccentric 9 converts the constant speed of rotation of shaft 10 into rectilinear reciprocation of connecting rod 8 with varying speed. The reciprocation, in turn, is converted into rocking motion of gear sector 6 with varying angular speed. Angle of rocking of abrasive blocks 13 can be changed. The varying speed of rocking motion of the tool head and changing the angle of rocking allow grater value to be removed from the part over the edge of the way than at its center.
