FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: composition containing melamine (particle size is 0.01-0.10 mm) and one of compound taken from the group involving cyanuric acid, ammeline, ammelide, trichloroisocyanuric acid and cyanurchloride in combination with polyester forms dispersion which can be used for processing to polyurethane foam. Dispersion is prepared by addition 25-70 wt. -% melamine (particle size is 0.01-0.10 mm) and 0.2-5.0 wt.-% compound taken from the group involving cyanuric acid, ammeline, ammelide, trichloroisocyanuric acid and cyanurchloride to polyester. Method ensures to replace 50% of melamine mass for bis-dibromo-neopentyl-glycol-guanidine borate. Composition is used for elastic polyurethane foam preparing.
