SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-molecular polyesters having fire-retardant properties. Disclosed is a fire-resistant polyester polyol, obtained by reacting aromatic or aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and/or anhydride of anhydride with aliphatic high-molecular alcohol or their mixtures and melamine. Also disclosed is a method of producing said polyester, disclosed melamine cyanurate-containing melamine cyanide and melamine polyphosphate-containing polyesters, polyurethane or polyisocyanate fire-resistant foam and method of producing said polyesters.
EFFECT: technical result is disclosed polyol polyester enables to obtain various fire-resistant materials, such as rigid foam plastic foam, mounting foam, cast elastomer, coating, sealant and fiber.
