FIELD: construction of metal frames. SUBSTANCE: building frame has gantry beams and posts of composite section made from formed bars with mutually perpendicular strips and walls, upper and lower supporting beams mounted on gantry beam and below it, cross-bracings, angular insertion pieces, suspension members and cover plates. Gantry beam is formed as triangular girder with chords made from formed bars of section. Girder chords are brought onto outer face of posts and chord strips are turned in opposite directions. Posts are made from two channel bars having different lengths and forming l-shaped cross section. One channel bar has inclined upper end and is fixed to upper chord of girder. Other channel bar has horizontal upper end and is fixed to lower chord of girder. Each channel bar of post is fastened through angular insertion pieces positioned between its strips and adjoining strips of associated girder chord. Upper chords of one pair of adjacent girders are faced in opposite directions. Strips of upper chords of each subsequent girder are turned similarly to that of previous girder. Upper supporting beams on two adjacent girders with chords turned in opposite directions are provided with cantilevered overhangs positioned in symmetry and disposed on their ends. The length of subsequent upper supporting beams corresponds to girder spacing. Walls of upper supporting beams are successively connected by cover plates. Lower supporting beams are positioned with increased space between them and their ends are axially aligned with girders. Lower supporting beams between two adjacent girders having chords turned in opposite directions and are fixed at both sides directly to lower chord. Subsequent supporting beams are secured with their one side directly to lower chord and with their other side to lower side through suspension member. EFFECT: increased efficiency. 8 dwg
