FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of low rise buildings. A frame-panel building includes a basement, wall panels containing external and internal linings and a heat-insulation layer located between them, frame details: posts, crossbar beams, crossbar lintels, ceilings, spandrel girders, roofing system. The frame details are made from profiled metal, from wooden beams or from profiled metal and wood in composition. There are angular, nodal and intermediate posts with the height of no more than one floor. Between the angular and nodal and between the neighbouring nodal posts at least one intermediate post is placed. The posts are installed on the basements with the step equal to the width of the wall panels. The external and internal linings of the wall panels are implemented in the form of protecting concrete layers inseparably joined with the inner heat-insulation layer in which along the perimeter of panels a groove is cut out. The wall panels are joined in the vertical direction one with another on the posts, each of which serves as a tongue for two adjacent panels. At the level of interfloor ceilings crossbar beams fix the posts in a standard position and serve as a support for intermediate posts of the above floor. The interfloor ceilings are made on the basis of beams, lattice girders or panels of the ceiling and are supported by posts and crossbar beams. The roofing system is made on the basis of rafter beams or trusses. Openings for doors and/or windows are made between two or more next posts. The external protecting concrete layer in the wall panels is made with pigment additives and has a factory decorative finishing.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce labour input of manufacture and installation of elements of the building, reduce costs of finishing of the facade, improve operational characteristics of the building.
